Still works great and does what it need to do for basic stuff. It's a 2.0 GHZ Intel Core Duo processor, 2 GB of ram, and a 80GB Hard Drive.

Reason for selling would because I am interested in getting in a 15" MacBook Pro for my photo editing and my usual stuff I do on my laptop, mainly because of the Hard Drive space and graphics card.

Give me an offer but I do have an idea of what I would ideally sell this for, I'm posting up this for grabs for local dubbers and some friends on FB before selling it on CL for more, well I'll try to but I'm shooting this out there. Let me know if you guys are interested or if you want to find out some more info about it PM me.
I had that same 13" and used it for about 3 years. Then I sold it and went to a 15" pro when the unibodies came out.

I hated the extra size, it's just to big to be as portable so I sold the 15 and bought a 13" unibody.

you can also dump more ram and a 500GB/1TB HD into the computer have now and save some coin. I have a 500GB in my 13 that is almost full. I am looking into 1TB drives now.I almost just wish I had done that as I am back at the 13" size anyway.

That's what I'm a little hesititate on getting the 15" because of the size and portability of it. I've been accustomed to my 13" for so long but unfortunately the 13" doesn't offer what I'm looking for, mainly the graphics card having their own memory and not using off the computer's memory. I've used an integrated one for so long it takes me forever to edit 150+ photos.

I'm just an amateur photographer but I run CS4 pretty easily on this machine.

If you get the 15" I have a spec clear hard case you can have for free.

Hey Blaine, are you trying to meet up somewhere before hand and caravan to the Grubhaul? Is anyone else going to be there who would like to meet up before hand?

I think Josh is going as well.

I think I made my decision and will be going with the 15" the base one. I was checking out the new iMac's earlier today but I would like to have something portable with me, even though a full fledge desktop would be most ideal.

Why not get the new iMac and then keep your 13"?

Thanks in advance (and yes, I apologize for posting this on a VW forum...)

I'm basically in love with my 24"iMac and my 15 inch MBP, but my wife has the 13" and I kind of wish I had that one instead. It's more portable and awesome on planes. the 15 is a bit big on planes, and whenever I do heavy computing, I have the iMac set up. I'd recommend a 13" and then a 24inch monitor for the desk.

The CS4 suite runs great on both of my systems and they aren't as new as the ones you are looking at.
