Reason why one window auto rolls up / down and the other does not:
If you have recently disconnected power from the battery the ECU will need to "re-learn" the bottom and top stop locations before your windows will work in auto mode. What you do is roll the window ALL the way down, then press the down button again (for one second) to completely bottom the window out. Then repeat in the up position, not forgetting to press the up botton again once the window is closed. You will need to do the up/down routine several times before the ECU learns the positions and begins doing things automatically.

i either do 1 of 2 things.
wipe off the roof real quick or if i forget i just gun the car and watch all the water run down the back window. i always have my windows down so i usually run into the OEM waterfall lol

yeah, i forget and get a shower every once in a while... especially since it's monsoon season now after a long summer of no rain.
but the same exact thing happened in my friends honda fit... so we aren't the only ones.. and if she cracks the sunroof while it's still wet she gets a shower. so it's not just us at least!
